ANNUAL MEETING INFORMATION
The 64th Annual NEWSS Meeting to be held January 4–7, 2010 at the Boston Marriot Cambridge Hotel in Cambridge, MA.

Registration is now open. Register for the 2010 meeting now. Pre-registration is open through December 12, 2009. A late fee of $30.00 will be applicable after December 12, 2009 or for registrations made at the meeting.

Hotel Registration
Please use the link Boston Marriott Cambridge to reserve your room. The group rate/code has been entered in the appropriate field. Enter your arrival date to begin the reservation process. All reservations must be made by Monday, December 14, 2009 to receive the discounted rate.

Our paper sessions include: Fruits and Vegetables, Weed Biology and Ecology, Ornamentals, Vegetation Management and Restoration, Turf and Plant Growth Regulators, and Agronomy.
General Session (including speakers from the MA Department of Agriculture and the Mt Auburn Cemetery)
Dessert and Night Cap Social (Tuesday night) and Society Mixer (Wednesday evening) are included in the registration fee.
We encourage student participation at the entire meeting.
Registered students may attend the Graduate Student Mixer, Monday night 6:30–8:00 PM.
Meeting Programs
Programs will not be mailed this year. Programs will be handed out at registration or you can download a program here (programs will be online soon):
